Followers of Burger King's Twitter account received some strange tweets starting on Monday afternoon after the burger chain's account appeared to be hacked.
The Burger King account was given a McDonalds logo and the name was changed along with the background images.
According to the Associated Press, the account tweeted comments containing racial epithets, references to drug use and obscenities. The accounts profile also stated "Just got sold to McDonalds because the whopper flopped =[ FREDOM IS FAULURE."
