Daughtrey is now being sought on a parole violation and “an additional charge of sex offenders duty to register, is forthcoming,” a spokeswoman with the department said in the release.
Daughtrey is currently on parole for breaking into a home in Victoria County, Texas with the intention of assaulting a 23-year-old woman, and aggravated assault.
