Police: 12-year-old girl who ran away from east El Paso home found safe
EL PASO, Texas (CBS4) —
Update: Kristina Tomblin was found safe and unharmed by El Paso police, according to a tweet sent by police at 6:20 p.m.
Authorities are asking for the public’s help to find a runaway teen who may be in danger.
Police said Kristina Tomblin, 12, was last seen around 1 p.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of Hookridge Drive near Yarbrough Drive in east El Paso.
Police said Tomblin requires daily medication for a medical condition.
She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs about 120 pounds, and has short brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a red and gold long sleeve shirt, black pants and a black backpack with a Pink Floyd logo.
Police said Tomblin may use the city bus for transportation.
