Deputies searched the vehicle and found one pound of high grade marijuana, which is commonly known as “kush,” authorities said.
A search warrant was executed at a northeast El Paso home, and authorities found four pounds of “kush” and items that contained liquid and hardened THC oil, authorities said.
The street value of the seized marijuana is about $34,000, authorities said.
Jared McDonald, 25, was booked on a possession of marijuana charge and possession of a controlled substance charge.
Evin Alanis, 25, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
