WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) -- A California fabric company has settled their lawsuit with Ivanka Trump after accusing her of ripping off a coat design from their collection.

Unicolors says they own the rights to a 'unique two-dimensional graphic design,' according to documents obtained by DailyMail.com. The company believed that if they provided samples of their design to clients that they would be reproduced as they are.

Trump's company used the design but also added some minor changes which resulted in the lawsuit.

Unicolors included the coat's manufacturer along with TJ Maxx in the same lawsuit. The coat from Trump's company using Unicolors' design was sold at the retail store.

"Defendant IVANKA TRUMP purchased, sold, marketed, advertised, manufactured, caused to be manufactured, imported and/or distributed fabric and/or garments comprised of fabric featuring a design which is identical, or substantially similar to, the Subject Design," the lawsuit stated.

Trump is also being sued for allegedly ripping off Aquazzura, a shoe designer. The action that took place happened in 2016 and the trial between both sides is expected to take place on March 2018.
