Viva! El Paso takes the stage for 2017 season
EL PASO, Tx. —
Viva! El Paso kicks off their 2017 season this Friday.
Audiences will have the opportunity to take advantage of discounted tickets opening weekend.
For those who have never been to a Viva! El Paso show, the musical is a celebration of four major cultures in the Sun City.
Fifty performers tell the story through song and dance, and it's the second year directing for El Paso Community College's Keith W. Townsend.
Shows start at 8 p.m. in Mckelligon Canyon.
And when you head out to the canyon, there are some things to keep in mind.
You can't take your pets and no outdoor food or drinks are allowed in the venue.
In addition to that, smoking and vaping are not allowed.
Audiences this year will see the Viva! Kids! performing on the Mckelligon Canyon stage.
Kids auditioned in March to be a part of the show.
