Clemson's size a concern for NMSU

LAS CRUCES, NM -- Size matters. New Mexico State basketball coach Chris Jans says Clemson has a lot of tall players, which could be a problem for his undersized Aggies. "They're big around the basket, so we're going to have to find some ways to get the ball into the right people's hands," Jans said during a Tuesday news conference in Las Cruces.

Clemson's shortest guard is 6 '3, and their front line averages 6 '7. "They're solid on both sides of the ball, and they play great defense," Jans says. "They also play in the toughest conference in the country (ACC) and go up against the best players and coaches every night. We have our hands full."

New Mexico State faces Clemson Friday night i the firstn San Diego. The game will be televised by TruTV.
