A Wind Advisory will be in place from 9 PM tonight through 9 AM Friday morning. A cold front will swing through tonight. It will increase our winds to 35 mph from the NE. Strongest winds will be west of the mountain areas of the Huecos, Franklins, and Organs. Winds will decrease around noon time. It will also give us a cooler day for Friday.

Friday: Mostly cloudy, windy in the morning and cooler. Morning patchy blowing dust. El Paso 74/57. Las Cruces 73/52. East winds 15-25 mph with gusts to 40-50 mph early. Decreasing to less than 15 mph, from the SE, after lunch.
Saturday: Partly cloudy, 20% chance for showers and storms. El Paso 83/60. Las Cruces 82/54. Southeast winds 5-15 mph.
