Taco Cabana's holiday menu includes horchata margaritas
Move over pumpkin flavor, Taco Cabana is debuting a new flavored margarita for the holiday season.
The restaurant is introducing the horchata margarita, available Monday through Jan. 1. It’s a smooth blend of Horchata, Lunazul tequila and triple sec, rimmed with festive cinnamon sugar.
Taco Cabana also is introducing new items for the holidays that include a ranchero and verde beef enchilada plate, pico avo-verde tacos and dulce de leche cheesecake.
The enchilada plate consists two enchiladas filled with beef taco meat, shredded cheese, minced onions and cilantro, topped with tomatillo verde sauce, spicy ranchero sauce and drizzled with sour cream. The plate is served with rice, beans, guacamole and two fresh flour tortillas.
The pico and avo-verde tacos are stuffed with chicken breast seasoned in fajita spice blend and topped with pico de gallo, sour cream and avo-verde salsa.
And for those with a bit of a sweet tooth, the dulce de leche cheesecake has a crunchy graham cracker crust and is drizzled with creamy dulce de leche sauce.
