The 1.5-mile jog is open to all ages and pets. Participants can run, walk or stroll in their holiday outfits.

Starting at 6 p.m., there will be performances by LAT Studios. The lights will then be switched on throughout the park.

Santa and his elves will arrive on his Santa Ship float provided by the El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department.

Guests will also have an opportunity to take photos on the photo bus and they will receive free prints of their images.

The evening will end with a free showing of “A Christmas Story” on a large inflatable screen. Guests can drive to the designated areas, and watch the movie from their vehicles. A seating area will also be available.

The lights will be lit nightly in the park through early January.
