Local business boosted by cold weather
2Ten Coffee Roasters sees an increase in customers every winter.
"This morning was quite a bit busier than normal," general manager Kimberly Closser said. "Our other two locations noticed a big increase as well."
Closser said the cold weather is a factor that gets more people in the doors.
"It seems like people will come in and they stay for a few hours at a time," she said.
Customers said they're drawn to the coffee shop's atmosphere on a cold day, like Wednesday.
"During wintertime, during colder seasons, it's definitely something that people like to take advantage of," Sara Sandoval said.
Closser said they try to keep that atmosphere year round.
"We want people to come in, feel welcomed and have an experience with craft coffee," she said.
