Kids learn about pet ownership

EL PASO, Texas (CBS4) — The Junior League of El Paso teamed up with the Humane Society of El Paso.

It was all for an education program helping second graders-graders learn about responsible pet ownership.

The Junior League Project called, "Sharing Sam" started in 1994.

The Humane Society also took the opportunity to offer adoption services for dogs and cats.
