One GO-10 closure opens up as other parts of I-10 close
Monday, drivers can plan for four other closures for the GO-10 Project.
Starting at 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, the right lane on I-10 West will close between the Resler flyover and the North Mesa Street exit ramp.
The closures will be in place as crews begin placing concrete onto the new westbound collector-distributor lanes after the Resler flyover ramp.
Then at 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., the right lane on North Mesa Street will close between North Desert and Osborne.
Crews are building new roadways connecting to North Mesa Street on Osbourne.
Monday and Tuesday at 6 a.m., South Desert Boulevard will close between McClintock Drive and North Mesa Street exit ramp.
Crews will be building the new eastbound North Mesa exit ramp at McClintock.
Avoid the area by taking Doniphan to Mesa then I-10.
Finally, Monday and Tuesday nights beginning at 9 p.m. a closure will take place on I-10 East at Sunland.
I-10 eastbound will close completely at the Sunland Park Drive exit.
The Sunland Park flyover ramp to I-10 eastbound will also close.
The Sunland Park Drive overpass will close completely in both directions.
This closure will last until 6 a.m. each morning
Drivers on I-10 eastbound during those hours can exit at Sunland Park Drive.
They can re-enter I-10 eastbound at the next entrance ramp.
The closure is for crews to conduct bridgework in the area.
