ReadyOne Industries awarded new contracts to make military uniforms, 500 jobs available
ReadyOne Industries is set to fill 500 positions after it was awarded more than million in new contracts for the U.S. government.
The contracts are for the production of sophisticated military uniforms, officials said.
Tom Ahmann, CEO and president, said ReadyOne was awarded these contracts based on prior performance and government requirements.
"We were thrilled to receive this great news, and will produce the uniforms over the next 12-18 months," he said.
Ahmann said the company also a total of over 500 job openings for both the nonprofit and for-profit divisions.
ReadyOne Industries and a garment manufacturer and call center located at 1414 Ability Drive in east El Paso.
