Man dies after crash on Socorro Road on Sunday
EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A man died following a crash in Socorro on Sunday.
The incident happened around 6:58 p.m. on Socorro Road near the intersection of South Nevarez Road and Winn Road.
A silver-colored Mitsubishi Mirage had a 54-year-old man as a driver and a 28-year-old man as a passenger.
The Mirage was driving on Socorro Road when it was hit by a white-colored BMW 330 driven by a 29-year-old man.
The 54-year-old and 28-year-old from the Mirage were taken to the hospital where the 54-year-old man died.
The 29-year-old from the BMW was also taken to the hospital.
The crash is still being investigated by authorities.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call them at 915-858-9237.
