EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Get your boots ready to listen to music as you chow down on some pulled pork or brisket at the inaugural whiskey festival happening in the Fall.
Food trucks owners will serve barbecue, and an assortment of whiskey, 4X4 trucks, music, vendors, petting zoo, horse back rides will be happening at this year's West Texas Sunshine and Whiskey festival.
The one day festival happens Saturday, September 17 at 2 p.m. at Ascarate Park.
There will be two stages set up for concerts happening throughout the day.
On the "country" stage will be the Eli Young band, Abe Mac band, Damian Isaac band, DJ Primo, DJ Karebear and others.
The "rock" stage will feature Trapt, Black Berry Jam Experience, Radio Altivo and more.
All ages are welcomed; kids under the age of 12 and are accompanied by an adult get into the festival for free.
General admission is$40 and VIP access is listed at $80.
Clear bags are only allowed in the festival.
