Police say racing led to rollover crash in northeast El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso police officers responded to a rollover crash in Northeast El Paso on Tuesday morning.

This happened on Dyer Street and Rutherford Drive.

Police officers on the scene told our news crew the car was racing down the road when it lost control and crashed into a nearby parking lot.

They also say the driver had to be pulled out of the car and taken to the hospital.

The scene has since been cleared.
